I have worked with Evans Construction for many years on numerous projects including two major remodels.

Brian is an organized and honest contractor that will be on the job supervising if not actually swinging a hammer now and then. He has a great team and their work is exceptional. The job site is always neat and clean.

Brian has the patience to work with indecisive designers, clients, and inspectors that led to a successful completion of projects.

New Construction in North Harbour

We recently had the pleasure of working with Brian Evans of Evans Construction in the building of our new home in Bodega Bay. We have had extensive experience with building homes through the years. To date, we’ve built seven homes and have had much experience with numerous builders as a result. Without a doubt, our smoothest and most pleasant experience, far and away, was our experience with Brian. Despite the fact that we were building our house from a distance and during Covid, the process went smoothly and without a hitch. Brian was so impressive with how he was on top of every detail. The house he built for us had a custom floating staircase, custom wine room, a pottery studio, an elevator, to name just a few things that were unique. In each instance he kept us thoroughly informed and augmented our plans with excellent suggestions when needed. Every day as we look around the house, we have really come to appreciate all the finishing touches, which Brian made sure were up to not only our standards but his as well. We can recommend Brian without reservation; he was just amazing!
